　　I am writing to tell you how very much I enjoyed the days at Chicago.

　　Everything was just about perfect. You certainly know how to make a guestfeel at home. Your delicious meals were a treat, and your flexibility inadapting to my irregular schedules made many things possible.

　　I hope you and Peter know how I appreciate your hospitality, and your manykindnesses to me. I count myself fortunate indeed to have two such generouscharming friends!
